A: We use Nouveau Contour Intelligent device, which is the world’s first computerized pigmentation device and is used for both cosmetic and medical micro pigmentation procedures. The Intelligent provides the practitioner with state-of-the-art computerized technology that is equipped and controlled by an Intel microprocessor chip.

Q: Does it hurt? Will you numb me?

A: We get mix reviews on pain. You may experience discomfort the first pass, but we will numb you again once the skin is open. You won't feel much after.Clients say it tickles.

A: I highly recommend it but not always necessary

A: Unfortunately we do not offer such service as our specislists are fully booked and will constantly be with a client.

A: We would encourage this if you have already undertaken permanent beauty treatment before, just so we can see how the old tattoo has faded.

Q: How long does it take to heal? Will I be able to go to work?

A: Healing period is 4 weeks. As long as you're good at following aftercare instructions, there shouldn't be a problem going to work or being out in public.

Q: Can I get them wet or work out?

Accepted Answer

A: No, not for at least 48 hours to keep the treated area dry and reduce the risk of complications or infection and to retain the maximum amount of pigment implanted.

Q: Can I wear makeup after?

A: Not on the eyeliner for at least 3-4 weeks after the treatment but everywhere else is fine.

Q: It is not yet a month and I already see colour unevenness

A: Please rest assured, this is expected in many cases and also the purpose of the re-touch visit that is included in the cost of the first treatment.

Q: It has been a week and my eyes are itching.

A: Ictching is totally normal. It is essential that during the first week after the treatment you do not pick, peel or rub your enhancement.
